Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact support@begleys.shop before returning any item. Approved return postage is paid by Begleys Gifts, and no restocking fee applies.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, and are issued to the original payment method.
