Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total timeframe of 3 to 8 business days.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, eligible items must be returned within a further 14 days. Please contact support@begleys.shop before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Begleys Gifts pays return postage for approved change-of-mind returns and for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, without limiting any statutory refund timeframe that applies.
